Using this site

These terms govern your use of theslushlounge.com. By using the site you agree to them. These cover the website. Your rental is governed by the Rental Agreement, which takes precedence for anything to do with the rental itself.
You may browse, request quotes and book for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to break any law, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site or use bots or scrapers, submit false information or book for someone else without their permission, or copy our text, photos or branding for your own commercial use.
Bookings are requests until we confirm them. Submitting a booking is a request, not a confirmed reservation. It is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation. We may decline any booking, whether for availability, service area, or any other reason.
Your rental
The rental itself is governed by the Rental Agreement we email you when we confirm your booking. It covers delivery and setup, what is included, deposits, damage, and what you are responsible for on the day. If anything there conflicts with this page, the Rental Agreement takes precedence for anything to do with the rental.
You must be 18 or over to book. You are responsible for telling us accurately what we will find when we arrive: safe access to the setup area, a level surface, and a working power outlet within reach. If any of that is not as described, or nobody is there to receive us, we may not be able to set up.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Pricing, content and liability
Pricing and availability. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors happen. If something is listed wrong, we will contact you before charging and you can cancel for a full refund. Prices do not include applicable taxes, or delivery outside our standard service area, unless stated.
Your content. If you send us photos, reviews or messages, you give us permission to use them to provide the service, and, where you have clearly agreed, in our marketing. You keep ownership of what you send.
Our content. The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without written permission. We may link to other sites; we do not control those sites or their privacy practices.
No warranty on the site. The website is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Liability relating to a rental is covered in the Rental Agreement.
Governing law. California law governs these terms. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California.
